It was pointed out at the event that it is necessary to attach great importance to the preparation of the "15th Five-Year Plan" and accelerate the transformation of business concepts; to unswervingly implement the development idea of "strengthening the core, optimizing the subjects, and expanding the characteristics", continuously optimize the business structure, further endow the engineering service business with an important strategic position, focus on solving key issues such as single business and weak scale, and accelerate the realization of the strategic goals of the engineering service business, namely "emancipating the mind, accelerating development, ranking among the top three in the industry, and doubling both; to actively explore paths for the transformation and upgrading of engineering service businesses. First, realize digitalization by relying on the core businesses, empowering the entire industrial chain of businesses with digitalization, and driving the improvement of quality and efficiency as well as the reshaping of core competitiveness. Second, achieve internationalization by firmly implementing the "going global" strategy, actively exploring the international market, and continuously enhancing the global radiating power and brand influence of engineering service businesses. Third, realize collectivization by strengthening unified layout and resource coordination, optimizing the resource allocation system, forging the advantages of integrated collaborative operations, and releasing the collective aggregation effect. Fourth, realize capitalization by making good use of multi-level capital market tools, broadening financing channels, and injecting strong capital momentum into the leapfrog development of businesses.
It was demanded at the event that first, it is necessary to strengthen top-level design, make overall planning, and enhance the efficient coordination of internal and external resources and strategic synergy of development pace. Second, it is necessary to strengthen goal orientation, make full use of the assessment baton, and drive development with clear goals.
