First, realize digitalization by relying on the core businesses, empowering the entire industrial chain of businesses with digitalization, and driving the improvement of quality and efficiency as well as the reshaping of core competitiveness. Second, achieve internationalization by firmly implementing the "going global" strategy, actively exploring the international market, and continuously enhancing the global radiating power and brand influence of engineering service businesses. Third, realize collectivization by strengthening unified layout and resource coordination, optimizing the resource allocation system, forging the advantages of integrated collaborative operations, and releasing the collective aggregation effect. Fourth, realize capitalization by making good use of multi-level capital market tools, broadening financing channels, and injecting strong capital momentum into the leapfrog development of businesses.
It was demanded at the event that first, it is necessary to strengthen top-level design, make overall planning, and enhance the efficient coordination of internal and external resources and strategic synergy of development pace.
